On this week's News Man Weekly, we put Hunnell's hip hop knowledge to the test with a preview of Mansfield's Cypher City Hip Hop Festival. We're joined by the festival's organizer, Ryan James, as well as local artist, Don Kartel. 

We discuss the July 26 event at the Richland County Fairgrounds -- what attendees can expect and the special guest that will make an appearance at the after party. We also talk with Ryan and Don about their creative inspiration, the state of the local hip hop scene and what it takes to grow a movement in Mansfield. 

We’ve also got updates on Mansfield’s flood control grant hopes, City Council’s newly renovated chambers, and a big redevelopment at the old Hamilton Park.
